" Hyped "

A huge thanks to Shan Shan at TinyToadstool for sending me these amazing pictures from her Lookbook.nu shoot. Check out the way she styled The Contrived to Charm "Muse" F-Holes Belt with her rockin' DIY studded boots! Love it! You can view more of her "looks" HERE.
xoxo to SatelliteVintage for spotting these great photos! Thank you Ladies!

A Fairytale Wedding!

I can't say enough how much I enjoy seeing my designs in
action. It really is the best kind of feedback, and
I couldn't pick a better scenario for my Sweetheart Belt!
Mr Ron Betts And Whitney Hamrick Tied the knot on
March 21st, 2011 on Aero Island Denmark.
All of their pictures are positively dreamy so it was
especially hard not to post every single one of them!
These Photographs were taken by Camilla Joervad from
EnnaWeddingPhotography.com.
I am thrilled that one of my handmade creations was included
in their special day!! They would like to thank the great
people at DanishIslandWeddings.com for taking the best care of them-making sure all their
documents were in order. Thank You to the happy couple
for sharing these with me.
LOVE! xo

Published!

About a year ago I was asked to convert my original Scarf Belt design to fabric so that it could be included in the Lark Books Craft Challenge: Dozens Of Ways To Re-purpose Scarves.
I was hesitant at first due to the fact that it wouldn't be my leather version. After much debate and encouragement from my ever-crafty mother, and her promise to assist, ( I tend to procrastinate when it comes to sewing) I said Yes! So...how fun is it to see my name in print? Super fun!! I don't have any listed on Etsy at the moment but if you are interested in purchasing a leather version feel free to contact me. OR you can go buy the book and make a fabric one yourself! YAY Thanks Mom, and Thank you Lark Books!

Head over heels for Topsy Turvy Design!

I recently had the privilege of sending out two
of my belts to Kim Brown Dye at Topsy Turvy Design.
She is the mastermind behind a delicious line of theatrical
hats any girl that ever loved to dress up would gladly trade
her glass slippers for. If you haven't seen her work you
NEED to stop by her site and be sure to peruse the gallery!!

Belly Dance Bling-tastic Hip Belt!!

Fabulous custom order I just finished for Jirandele! This Mermaid Scale belly dance style hip belt is done in a peacock color palette complete with violet and aurora borealis rhinestones! I got a little crazy and made her a cuff/armband too... I had to keep rhinestone-ing!!
